  • Payment options: Vape Delivery functions as an e-commerce, and does not accept cash on delivery. Upon placing an online order, we will issue a secure, payable electronic invoice via sms and e-mail, or Google pay request, based on the customers preferred payment method. Orders will not dispatch until payment is verified.
  • Office hours: Note, office hours are by appointment only, and our service delivers the best guest experience when you order online. We are typically out of the office on delivery during business hours, and work out of all Vape Delivery offices, depending on volume.
  • Delivery/ Shipping hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 3 pm, Saturday, 8 am- 12 pm. Local delivery orders placed after delivery hours before last USPS pickup may default to USPS First Class shipping, or cancel at our discretion.

  • Overnight USPS service in St. Louis and surrounding areas: USPS First Class orders will typically arrive with your regular mail delivery when ordered Monday- Friday before 3 pm. This excludes Government holidays that impact postal service.
  • Local delivery area: We deliver to most areas of St. Louis and St. Charles County. Exclusions apply. If delivery address falls outside our local delivery area, order will default to USPS First Class at no additional charge.
